How we practice

Our practice focuses on mindfulness (sati), concentration (samādhi), and insight (vipassanā) through group sits, guided sessions, and Dhamma discussion.

Weekly Zoom meditation and Dhamma discussion sessions are open to all. Contact us for the current link and time.
